Stansted Meet & Greet Frequently Asked Questions

Can you meet me early? /  I arrive back late?

Our arrivals / departures team operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so we are able to meet you , at no extra cost, at your requested booking time.

Why do you only do Meet & Greets?

We have found it is what the customer really wants. For a very small fee we take away all the stress of “car parking” at airports. After all do you really want to start your trip by not being able to find the car park?, or having to add another 45 minutes, each way, on to your journey time ( this is what the BAA long stay now recommends) and what about your children and luggage? Just how much fun is it unloading the car, carrying it all to a bus stop, then onto a bus, then off again, and then to try and find a trolley!!! 

Who will drive my car?

Only employee’s of the company will drive your vehicle. No “agency” driver’s ,  no “part-timers” and definitely no “20” something's who want to be Michael Schumacher.    Just call any other company and see who can promise you that!!

Are all your driver’s experienced?

All of our representative’s are over 30, have held a full driver’s licence for more than 10 year’s, have NO convictions at all, and never have had. In addition most hold additional qualifications, for example LGV, PSV or are advance drivers. We have what we consider to be the best in professional driver’s. So once again just ask any other company if they can guarantee that!!

Why can I not inspect your compounds?

We take security VERY seriously and do not invite anyone to our compounds that way we believe your vehicle is safer.

How safe is your web site?

This site uses SSL encryption software which is the industry standard. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit or debit card number, and your name and address so that it cannot be read as information travels over the Internet. Be weary when asked to submit your travel details for a quote on a non-secure web site.

Can I book to arrive today or at short notice?

Yes, but please ensure you call if making a booking for today or within 24 hours on our booking number, after completing the online form to ensure we have availability.

Can I pay by cheque?

We no longer accept cheques.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes. If you wish to book your parking over the phone, call the booking office on our 24 hour booking line 0871 218 1038. Please note we offer a £5.00 discount for booking your parking online.

What discounts are available?

The first discount offered is a £5.00 discount for booking online. We have other discount schemes that are applied so please click here to check your eligibility as we have many available. Please note only 2 discounts can be applied to any booking. The discounts offered are applied independently at point of processing.

Why is a week calculated at 8 days and 2 weeks at 15 days?

Charges are made from midnight on a 24 hour basis and the daily charge made by the car park is per whole or part day, regardless of arrival time.

Is a booking fee applied to my order?

The booking fee is included in the prices quoted, so no hidden charge.

Is there a minimum staying period?

No, You can stay for just one day or even a part day if you wish.

How do I know my parking has been reserved?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation. If the e-mails are not received within 24 hours contact us.

What if I don't receive my e-mail?

If you have difficulty with your e-mails please read the help page by clicking here.

What happens if I want to bring a different car than that which I told you about?

Please advise us in advance of any changes to the e-mail address provided on your booking confirmation.

What happens if I am delayed arriving?

Please ensure you contact us and advise us of any changes to arrival as soon as possible, a minimum of 30 minutes notice is required.

What happens if I am delayed coming back?

Please ensure you contact us and advise us of any changes to your return details. Additional charges apply for late or non-notification.

What if I have to come back early?

Please call us as soon as possible, at least 24 hours prior to landing , on the number provided to ensure you vehicle is ready for you to collect.
