What changes will DC Council make to the Mayor’s proposed budget?
DC Chairman Phil Mendelson proposes adding a Baby Bond Program, which would provide low-income children with annual payments of up to $ 1,000 per year, to the Budget Proposal of 17, $ 5 billion from the mayor. Also on the table is an Access to Justice initiative, which provides low-income people involved in civil matters such as deportation proceedings with free legal representation. New mixed-use development arrives at MoCo
Washington Science Joint Venture submitted a request to Montgomery County last month to redevelop a 21.56-acre site at Montrose Parkway and Towne Road.
