The Welsh property is in Neath Road, next to the Hair at Kyle Williams salon. ‘Perfectly located within walking distance of local schools and direct bus links to Neath town center with all amenities,’ the listing reads.

The Mirror also reported that a strangely tight parking space in London recently came on the market for £85,000. The space, just 250 meters from Harrods in Knightsbridge, is barely wide enough for a car to fit. It is sandwiched between two thick walls and barely two meters wide by five and a half meters long. The average car is 1.82 meters wide. Even if you manage to squeeze through, you’ll barely have room to get in and out of your car.
